Vision Life Coaching is a coaching service which specialises in "helping you chase your passion-not your pension!".
I like to think of myself as a Personal Growth/Transition Coach rather than a general Life Coach. I work with individuals who just don't feel fulfilled. Individuals who thought life would begin at 40... but it didn't! Or who feel that they just cannot climb out of the rut they have got themselves into. Or individuals who know what they want but just don't know how to get there.
Perhaps you are in the place/mindset I was 6 years ago:
*your stomach goes into a tight knot when that alarm goes off on a Monday morning
*you count the days, hours and minutes until you can "clock off" on a Friday
*you want to turn your back on what many people call "success" to discover your true life's purpose

Having worked with clients all over the world, and having fulfilled my own dream, of leaving my profession as a Criminal Psychologist to re-train as Life Coach, and now running my coaching business from a place in the sun (a beautiful part of Southern Spain), I certainly have the knowledge and know-how to help you move forward and live your best life (no compromises).
SO WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Life coaching can be compared to motorway maintenance and construction. It fills and removes the ruts of life to create a wonderfully smooth surface (with no potholes!). Then life's journey can really begin taking the traveller to the destinations that they really want to visit, rather than remaining in the slow lane of inactivity, drifting without purpose or direction.
Just imagine:
* a relationship where the aim is to listen to and focus only on YOU, on YOUR goals and dreams in life, and what will help you achieve them.
* a relationship with someone who really wants you to live your best life and is sometimes more certain and focused on achieving your goals than you are.
* having someone who encourages you to press on, who helps you learn from your setbacks and celebrates your victories.
* having someone who will not accept mediocrity from you, or for you. Your coach will ask you to be more, or do more than you would usually ask of yourself
* your coach being the person is who is first in line waving the flag at the top of the hill when you get there.
